of Energy |
Inspired by Sir Isaac Newton’s law which in
a nutshell says that energy may change form, but
the amount of energy with which you start, will
be the same with which you end. I think this can
apply to more than just physical energy so this
painting represents energy in different forms. Salvador
Dali had a love for symbolism and that was an influence
here. One of my more symbolic pieces, the water
represents birth or beginnings and the sphere represents
humanity and human experience. Inside the sphere
the triangles symbolize the subatomic world. The
two of rings are a symbol for relationships and
the cup represents religion and faith. Below the
sphere the infinity sign around the tree, like the
painting itself, is a tribute to my appreciation
for science and technology. |
